I got my FZ Bike serviced by "The Fixpert" Kormangala, Bangalore, got the good responses from staff:
1. Firstly, I booked the service online and communicated through call.
2. They came to my door step and picked-up my bike for the service.
3. They updated the issues and progress status over WhatsApp whenever I asked.
4. Once the service done, I paid online (UPI Payment) only and they drop-off the bike at my work location as per my request.
5. They gave the hardcopy of the bill.
Overall, It was a nice experience with "The Fixpert" . Ravi and Staff. Well Done.. Keep it Up.
